The Streets Division provides preventative maintenance services for the city street network including street and sidewalk repair, graffiti removal, and the Glendale Memorial Park Cemetery.

- Pavement resurfacing (rubberized asphalt)
- Sidewalk repairs
- Pot hole patching

Street Sweeping Services
What we do:
- Arterial streets (major streets) are swept every six weeks
- Residential streets are swept quarterly

FAQs
- How will I know if my street is scheduled for resurfacing?
Street resurfacing is maintained and planned through a computerized street network software program. If your street is scheduled for resurfacing, you will be contacted four to six months prior to construction and once again the week prior to construction.
- How often are my neighborhood streets cleaned?
Residential streets, curbs and gutters are cleaned at least quarterly.
- What should I do if I see a pot hole in the street and would like it repaired?
If you see a pot hole in your neighborhood, you may contact the Pot Hole Hotline at (623) 930-2670. The information will be sent to our street maintenance staff for repair at their earliest convenience.
- Who should I call if I see a roadside area, median or open area full of weeds and uncontrolled brush?
You may contact the Glendale Right-of-Way division to report the area at (623) 930-2823. Please note that not all roadside areas, medians or open areas are maintained by the city; some areas are owned by the county, businesses or other entities. ROW staff will contact you with the correct information and remediation efforts.
