Fire - Community Services Scheduling Request Form

MINIMUM 2 WEEKS NOTICE and the MINIMUM size group for a visit will be 50+ people.
ALL exceptions must be approved by Community Services Supervisor. Safety trailer visits are limited to one per group/location per year. This application must be completed to be considered.
