If you are having difficulty accessing eBooks from the Greater Phoenix Digital Library, or another of the library's eBook providers, here are some quick tips to get you started.

If you are unable to log in :

Be sure the the Library Card number you are using is current (has not been reported as lost) and that there are no charges greater than $10. If you do not know your PIN, it is generally the last 4 digits of the telephone number that you gave the library when you applied for your card. You can contact the library at 623-930-3530, Option 4, to have your PIN reset during regular library hours.

If you are unable to download an item:

The Greater Phoenix Digital Library provides an extensive HELP section. Check there first for answers to your questions.
