	Glendale’s Centennial Plein Air Competition at Glendale Chocolate Affaire The city’s Library & Arts Department, in collaboration with the Marketing/Communications Department, sponsored the 2010 Glendale Centennial Plein Air Painting Event at the Glendale Chocolate Affaire. It was held during the popular festival in downtown Glendale, on Saturday, Feb. 6, and included entries from artists who paint utilizing the Plein (open) air technique in oil, watercolor, acrylic or pastel.
