• Foothills Recreation & Aquatics Center, 5600 W. Union Hills Dr.
• Rose Lane Aquatics Center, 5003 W. Marlette Ave.

With the exception of lap swimming, exercise classes and adult swimming classes at the Foothills Recreation & Aquatics Center, all city pools are closed for the fall/winter. We will reopen in May 2009 for summer recreation swim and activities.

2. Apply for a position with the City of Glendale (see information below).

The City of Glendale Aquatics Division would like to thank M&I Bank & The Glendale Civic Pride Ambassadors for their generous contributions in helping participants to be able to afford the required training and certifications to become Lifeguards. This partnership promotes not only water safety, but responsibility in today's youth as well. Many promising "staff-members-to-be" were able take advantage of Lifeguard & CPR training this year, and consequently obtained their first job as a Lifeguard due to the generosity of our partners!
